A bit about myself:
I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in spring of 2001 and I moved to the Seattle area for work. I soon found myself asking more questions about cheese and wine so I got a job selling those. I ran a small food producing business and I got the items in many local grocery stores. I have a genetic thing and my physical capacities slowly decreased so... to remain attached to the kitchen I started this business with some of the skills I honed over the years.
